Reading Festival has released an extra 3,000 weekend tickets for sale.
The event, which features headliners The Cure, Kasabian and Foo Fighters, runs from August 24 to 26.
Reading Borough Council has agreed an increase in capacity to 89,999 at the Richfield Avenue site, allowing for extra tickets to go on sale.
A festival spokesman urged fans to act quickly, as the tickets were expected to sell out.
"Organisers do, however, anticipate all remaining weekend tickets, including the extra 3,000 made available, to be sold out by August 20, so would urge fans still looking to purchase tickets to move quickly," he said.
"These tickets will be the last ones available from official ticket agents and outlets so be sure to book now to guarantee your place at the greatest festival in the world."
Day tickets for Sunday are sold out and only a small number of Friday and Saturday day tickets remain, he added.
Other acts on the bill include The Black Keys, Paramore, Florence + the Machine, Kaiser Chiefs, Bombay Bicycle Club, The Vaccines, Justice, The Maccabees, At The Drive-In, Less Than Jake, Metronomy, Sleigh Bells, The View, Social Distortion, Reginald D Hunter, Lee Nelson, Jason Byrne are just some of the bands and acts preforming at this year’s festival over seven stages.
