Two teenagers have been charged following a spate of shed burglaries in New Malden.
Between the weekends of May 12 and June 6, there were 10 shed and garage burglaries in Marina Avenue, Arthur Road, and Seaforth Avenue.
A number of power tools, soft and alcoholic drinks and bikes were stolen.
Following one of the offences, five males aged between 13 and 20 were arrested.
Three were released without charge, while the two teenagers, who cannot be named for legal reasons, had charges brought against them.
One 13-year-old was charged with two counts of burglaries and another 13-year-old was charged with possession of criminal property, include drinks and four bikes to the value of £2,702.99.
Both boys have been given curfews as part of their bail conditions.
Residents are reminded to ensure their sheds and garages have good locks and security lighting and to mark all personal belongings.
