Residents are being urged to have their say on the plans to merge Epsom and Ashford and St Peters hospitals.
A public meeting will be held on September 12, from 7.30pm to 9pm, in Epsom and Ewell town hall by the Epsom and Ewell Borough Council Health Liaison Panel.
Senior officers from the hospitals will be available to answer questions, alongside council members and councillors.
Epsom and Ewell Councillor George Crawford, chairman of the panel, said: "It is your opportunity to ask questions of the people involved in the amalgamation and to ensure that we get the foundation trust that we as residents want and need.
"It will be no use complaining once the amalgamation process is complete. The time to speak out is now. It is your hospital."
People who are unable to attend can send questions in advance via email to chairft@esth.nhs.uk or tweet @epsom_sthelier with hashtag #easpmerge
