Firefighters are battling a fire in a flat, which is causing chaos to drivers.
They were called to the building before 2pm this afternoon in Putney High Street, Putney.
A flat above clothing shop United Colors of Benetton is currently ablaze.
The fire has caused traffic chaos to motorists with the road being blocked off.
Twitter user musical_laura posted: "Please avoid Putney High Street. There's been a fire above one of the shops and the road is chaotic."
Ian Weir posted: "Fire on Putney High Street, hope nobody is in there."
