Transport for London will be asking people for their views on three potential routes for the proposed Croydon Tramlink extension to Crystal Palace.
From October to December 8 residents within a kilometre of the three proposed routes will receive a consultation brochure with a questionnaire. There will also be exhibitions in the Crystal Palace area, staffed by members of the project team.
The proposed Croydon Tramlink extension to Crystal Palace is a three kilometre route linking the existing network from the Harrington Road tram stop with the Anerley and Crystal Palace areas.
Transport bosses said it will cut travel times between Croydon and Crystal Palace to 18 minutes.
According to TfL, extending Tramlink to Crystal Palace would complement the regeneration of the area and provide a transport interchange with the extended East London line at Crystal Palace station.
Anyone who wishes to take part in the consultation can reply online at tfl.gov.uk/ croydontrams or by call 0800 234 6697.
