Lambeth’s pubs and clubs have been hailed as safer than ever, after a host of venues scooped awards.
The Safer Lambeth Partnership handed awards to 60 licensed premises who had reduced antisocial behaviour, crime and disorder.
Infernos in Clapham, The Beehive in Brixton, and The Crown and Scepter in Streatham were just some of the award winners.
Other awards went to supermarkets in the borough, including Iceland in Streatham and Sainsbury's in Clapham.
The awards were introduced in 2007 to encourage higher standards.
