Pupils from 12 Merton primary schools showed their mathematical ability last week in the Merton Annual Sum Sort Competition.
Hosted at the Chaucer Centre on June 27 by the Merton School Improvement Team, the event challenged pupil from years five and six on their maths skills while attempting to make the lessons fun.
Maths Aces from Bond Primary were awarded the top spot, with Thrashers from Merton Park Primary second and Team Elm from Lonesome Primary School third.
