The Seaton House School girls also visited Ann Frank’s House during their stay and took a tour of the Van Gogh museum.
The students also visited the fishing village of Volendam where they saw Gouda cheese being made and watched the traditional art of clog making.
Virginia Rickus, headteacher, said it was the first time the school had embarked on an overseas trip and they looked forward to repeating the visit.
