Creative kids have stepped on stage to highlight a local history event.
Ambition, a performance group that tackles social issues, were the stars of the show at an event to mark Gypsy Roma Traveller History Month last week.
The celebrations, which were organised by Merton Council, took place at the Chaucer Centre in Morden last Tuesday evening.
The group presented dance and drama performances to an audience including the mayor of Merton, and the event also featured a film screening about the local area’s Gypsy, Roma and traveller community.
Ambition has also been asked to work on future projects tackling homelessness and mental health.
