Two rappers with a number one single under their belts performed for pupils at a West Norwood school as part of a peace celebration.
The Twin MCs, formerly part of garage sensation So Solid Crew, sang and spoke to pupils of St Luke's Church of England primary school as part of its Black History Month celebrations.
The rappers have been involved in a number of projects targeting youth violence, including Disarm Trust and Mothers against Guns.
Storytellers, a book fair, speeches by a lawyer and a doctor, presentations by children, and African drumming and dancing, also formed part of the evening on November 12 in the Linton Grove school.
Work on Black Nobel Prize winners and pupils' ideas on the future of world peace were also displayed.
