Will Skinner and Mike Ross have both signed new contracts with NEC Harlequins.
Openside flanker Skinner has agreed a new two-year deal that'll keep him at Quins until at least June 2009, with tighthead prop Ross committing himself to the club until June 2008.
Skinner, 22, joined Quins from Leicester this summer and has made five appearances for the First XV so far this season, which included starts against his former club and Bristol in the Guinness Premiership.
Earlier in his career and he represented England at U19 and U21 level, and was part of the England U21 Grand Slam winning team in the 2004 Six Nations.
Having represented the club in a number of Guinness A League matches at the end of the 2005-06 season, 25 year-old Ross joined Quins on a short-term contract this summer that has now been extended for a further 18 months.
He has made seven appearances for the First XV so far this season, starting in the clubs recent back-to-back victories over Connacht and Montpellier in the European Challenge Cup.
"Both Will and Mike have been stand out performers for us so far this season, so we are delighted to have secured their services for the foreseeable future," said Quins director of rugby Dean Richards.
"We believe that they have big futures in the game and will be key figures in the Quins squad both for the remainder of this campaign and beyond."
