Brentford boss Uwe Rosler is confident his men can awake from their 2013 slumber sooner rather than later.
Goals from Harry Forrester and Marcello Trotta appeared to be on their way to a 2-1 win over struggling Bury at Griffin Park on Saturday, only for the Shakers to level matters with 14 minutes remaining.
It means the Bees have won only once in the league this term - a 2-0 triumph at Oldham Athletic - although they are only five points off the League One summit ahead of tonight's visit of Stevenage.
But Rosler, who takes his men to Premier League giants Chelsea for an FA Cup fourth round replay on Sunday, reckons the recent run has not been for a lack of form.
"We have a blip in form, but we are right up there. Tuesday we have another chance to get another three points and put us right back in the race," he said
"This group of players has to keep on doing the same things, believe in the way we play, not lose our confidence if results aren't going our way and be mentally stronger to win football games.
"The players are playing to their capacity, to their ability. Some of them are very consistent over many months.
"We have a blip of results, not form, now and we have to turn that around and start winning again. But there is more to come from this very young team."
And the manager insisted Saturday's stalemate was down to a lack of concentration rather than a shortage of ability.
"We did a hell of a lot right. Created four or five good chances in the first half, but the goal didn't come. No problem for me," he added.
"Second half we continue this, get the goal, then we have to talk about what happened.
"We looked a different team after we scored. We dropped back and weren't mentally strong enough. We invited pressure and made mistakes.
"We are not the most experienced squad. We have a lot of talent, but psychologically there is a lot more to come from my squad.
"They didn't catch us on the break. They caught is with a long ball out of nothing where certain individuals should have been in a better position for the ball."
