Harlequins dual registered flanker James Chisholm will make his first appearance of the season for London Scottish at the Athletic Ground tonight.
The 20-year-old England U20 international starts in the number six shirt as the exiles entertain Munster A in the opening clash of their British & Irish Cup campaign.
Fellow Quins loanee Matt Shields is one of only four players to retain their place in the Scottish starting line-up as head coach Peter Richards rings the chances after last week’s 20-5 home defeat to Jersey.
Centre Robbie Fergusson will make his debut having recently signed on loan from Glasgow Warriors and winger Miles Mantella returns from injury.
“The British & Irish Cup gives us an opportunity to put the recent form in the Championship behind us with a positive start in the cup,” said Richards, whose team has lost its past four league matches since an 11-10 win over London Welsh.
“The players relish playing this kind of opposition.
“This pool will be highly competitive with ourselves, Munster A, Ospreys Premiership Select and Yorkshire Carnegie, so we must get off to a good start.”
