If Brentford are to secure promotion to the Premier League next term then near neighbours QPR and Fulham could have a large say.
The Bees host Rangers and travel to the Cottagers in the final fortnight of the campaign on April 22 and 29, when a place in the play-offs or automatic promotion spots could be up for grabs.
The good news is Brentford beat QPR 1-0 the last time they visited Griffin Park and the Bees have not lost to Fulham in their past four Championship encounters - winning three and drawing one.
Boss Dean Smith's men start the new season at Huddersfield Town on August 6 before starting their home campaign with the visit of Ipswich Town on August 13.
They welcome Cardiff City to west London on Boxing Day and then entertain Norwich City on New Year's Eve before starting 2017 with a trip to Birmingham City on January 2.
Fallen Premier League giants Newcastle United and Aston Villa visit Griffin Park on January 14 and 31 respectively, while the season closes on May 7 with the visit of Blackburn Rovers.
