Esher handed debuts to three new players in Saturday's 39-21 friendly win over Canterbury at Molesey Road.
Former Caldy prop Matt Lowes, ex-Bristol academy captain and fly half Isaac Hydleman and former Wharfedale and Preston Grasshoppers full back Lloyd Davies all featured and have since signed contracts for the forthcoming National Division One campaign.
Harlequins sevens captain Calum Waters, winger Spencer Sutherland, flanker Tom Yellowlees and winger Tom James were among the try scorers as Esher came from 14-0 down to triumph over the visitors from Kent.
Meanwhile, Will Greenwood, Paul Volley, Pat Sanderson and Mel Deane will feature when a Bob Hillier XV take on a Jason Leonard XV in a veterans match that will act as a curtain raiser Quins pre-season friendly clash with Glasgow Warriors at the Stoop on Saturday.
Quins lost 28-12 at home to Championship title hopefuls London Irish last week.
