Sutton United could become the first non-league side to reach the semi-finals of the FA Cup if they beat Arsenal.
Paul Doswell’s men will host Conference leaders Lincoln City at Gander Green Lane on a date between Saturday, March 10, and Monday, March 13 if they beat the Gunners.
The draw was made live on the BBC by former Manchester United midfielder Owen Hargreaves and Celtic forward Chris Sutton on Sunday, February 19.
Lincoln City shocked pundits by becoming the first non-league team to reach the last eight of the competition since QPR in 1914 after they beat Premier League outfit Burnley 1-0 at Turf Moor on Saturday, February 18.
In other results League One club Millwall added to a weekend of upsets by dumping Premiership champions Leicester City out of the cup following a 1-0 win at the Den, the same day.
Speaking ahead of tonight’s game U’s chairman Bruce Elliott said: “I don’t think Lincoln winning will make a scrap of difference to the match, we will just need to focus on the game ahead. We can but dream.
“I congratulate them on a great result, but I have to say I’m not a personal fan of having the draw take place before all the games have been played.
“I don’t think it will have an effect on the players, but I think it would be nice to have all the matches out of the way first before making the draw.
“We need to look at how things go tonight before we even think about the game against Lincoln.”
