Here's how the Brentford players rated in their 0-0 with Derby County,
David Raya 7
Very little to do all game. Commanded his area well and gathered every cross Derby sent his way. Very vocal on the pitch which would've filled his backline with confidence.
Rico Henry 8
Superb. A constant threat down the left and got forward a plenty. Always provided an outlet on the flank and was flawless in defence. Decision in final third could do with improvement but he's unquestionably one of, if not the best left back in the division.
Pontus Jansson 7
Won everything in the air despite being up against the large frame of Kazim-Richars. Looks so at ease with whichever centre back Frank pairs him with.
Mads Bech Sorensen 6
Looks flustered when under pressure and gave possession away cheaply. Solid in the air but must improve with ball at feet to play the 'Brentford way.'
Henrik Dalsgaard 6
Rampaged forward but was nullified by the equally impressive Craig Forsyth in the Derby backline.
Josh Dasilva 6
A quiet game from the Arsenal youth product. Yet to reach the high standards he set last year and was guilty of looking lethargic on the ball. Missed a great opportunity midway through the second half, blazing over from ten yards.
Vitaly Janelt 7
Growing into a real all-action midfielder. Looks very comfortable on the ball and equally as comfortable making the hard tackles. Many times in the opening half he played his way out of trouble superbly.
Bryan Mbeumo 5
Poor game from the Frenchman. Lost possession too often and was guilty of a horror miss. Undoubtedly talented, but still short of his best.
Emiliano Marcondes 6
Set-pieces were poor, too often failing to beat the first man.
Sergi Canos 8
Brentford's biggest threat. Always looked to get on the ball and drive at the Derby backline. Occasionally sloppy with the ball, conceding possession easily, but looked the only Bee willing to try and create. Still someway short of his peak after lengthy spell out, but this was his bet game since his return to fitness.
Ivan Toney 6
Quiet day for the forward. Starved of any supply, he found the going tough against a big Derby backline.
