Injuries in the England squad have meant call ups for Danny Care, Tom Guest and Adrian Jarvis into the England Saxons 24 man squad, writes Sarah Butler.
With the number of injuries in the England squad from Saturday's clash with Wales, there has been senior call ups for Lee Dickson (Newcastle Falcons) and Shane Geraghty (London Irish).
The England Saxons squad has also seen a number of changes to the squad that defeated Ireland A 31-13 at Welford Road last Friday. Harlequins players Mike Brown and Will Skinner will retain their spots and will be joined by team mates Tom Guest, Danny Care and Adrian Jarvis.
The 24-strong England Saxons training squad met yesterday ahead of this Saturday's match against Italy A in Ragusa, Sicily (kick off 6.15pm local time).
England Saxons Head Coach Steve Bates will announce the starting team and replacements on Wednesday morning (6 February).
