Flanker Chris Robshaw will return to the Harlequins starting line-up for the first time in six weeks tomorrow.
Robshaw has recovered from a broken hand to face Worcester Warriors in the Guinness Premiership at the Twickenham Stoop (3pm).
Will Skinner and Nick Easter, who have both passed late fitness tests, will start alongside Robshaw in the back row.
The only other change in the forwards to the team that faced Sale three weeks ago, will be Tani Fuga, who will come in for the injured Gary Botha at hooker.
In the backs, the England Saxons pairing of Adrian Jarvis and Danny Care will start as the half backs, whilst Tosh Masson and Hal Luscombe are preferred in the centres.
Director of rugby Dean Richards said: "The break in the season has been beneficial to the players and has given those, not on international duty, a chance to regroup.
"During this time, we have spent a week down at Whitgift school in Croydon, preparing for this game.
"The players have trained really hard and are looking forward to getting back into the action this weekend."
