Dan Norton makes his first start for England's Under 20 side in tomorrow night's key Six Nations clash with France.

The 19-year-old from Gloucester replaces injured full back Greig Tonks (Leicester Tigers) in the only change to the starting line-up that has beaten Wales 28-15 at Kingsholm and Italy 22-13 in Genoa.

Norton, a product of the Spartans club, has yet to make a first team appearance at Gloucester but has starred at the Middlesex Sevens and on loan with National One side Moseley this season.

The only other changes to the squad on duty at the Stade des Alpes in Grenoble are on the bench.

Another Kingsholm flier, Charlie Sharples, is added to the bench and London Wasps wing Joe Simpson has recovered from an ankle injury to take over from Johnny Arr (Worcester).

Sharples and Simpson will be winning their first caps at this level if they make it onto the pitch in front of an anticipated 20,000 crowd at the new stadium.
