A Sutton cheerleading team has made history after winning three world titles at an international cheer event.
Unity Allstars competed at the World Cheerleading Championships in Florida in April, returning home with three world championship titles and a silver medal.
The Sutton-based cheerleading team is the only club outside North America to have accomplished such a feat.
This achievement builds on previous victories, as the club captured a world title at the same event in 2022 and 2023.
Incredibly, within the span of just two years, Unity Allstars have earned a total of five world titles.
Alongside their international success, Unity Allstars managed to add a further 14 national titles to their collection from the recent Legacy Nationals competition held on June 8 and 9.

The team trains seven days a week at the David Weir Leisure Centre.
Tori Rubin, programme director and head coach of Unity Allstars said: "At Unity Allstars, we continue to grow.
"We’ve come a really long way from where we started, starting from just one team, growing to over 600 athletes aged three to 35 across recreational, prep, as far as the World Cheerleading Championships, which really is the pinnacle of all-star cheerleading for teams across the world."
Tori added: "We love being based at David Weir - the staff are fantastic in supporting us and the venue has allowed us to grow over the past five years.
"This growth has enabled us to see the incredible success we're seeing."
David Weir Leisure Centre, situated in Sutton and managed by Everyone Active in partnership with Sutton Council, has been the permanent home to the club since 2019. Its sports hall has been transformed into a state-of-the-art cheerleading facility.
The team's progress and triumph have been met with praise from Everyone Active staff.
Tony Albutt, general manager at Everyone Active, added: "We're so proud to be home to such a successful team and what an incredible achievement for them to make history in UK cheerleading."
"Their journey is amazing to witness, continually raising the bar athletically while impacting so many young lives in our community.
"We're honoured to play a role in their success and wish them all the best as they continue to thrive and grow."
