Quins youngsters Sam Stuart, Rob Buchanan, Joe Trayfoot and Charlie Matthews have all been included in the England U18s squad, who arrived for their three-match tour of South Africa earlier this week.
The side is preparing to face provincial schools side Boland on Saturday,(12.45pm GMT) at Worcester High School.
Head Coach John Fletcher is looking forward to his young side aiming to continue the momentum of their unbeaten run last season, which included the Six Nations festival last April.
John Fletcher said "Since we arrived on Tuesday we've had three training sessions all of which have progressively got better. We have a talented squad and they will be well led by Captain Alex Gray (Newcastle Falcons/Barnard Castle).
"Boland, like a number of provincial schools sides in South Africa are very strong, physical and good in the tackle. It will be a very good test for our squad especially as a number of our players will be playing at altitude for the first time during this tour and we're all looking forward to getting our three match series underway on Saturday."
