Ebbsfleet United old boys Luke Moore and Derek Duncan are primed to face former team-mates when AFC Wimbledon make the trip to Kent on Saturday, but they won't be the only ones renewing old acqaintences.

United's side will include Will Salmon, a full-back who spent the 2007-08 season at Kingsmeadow and whose form so far this campaign has earned him selection in the contingency squad for the England C game in Hungary. Manager Terry Brown said: "Saturday's away trip to Ebbsfleet is the first of four games in quick succession. We go to Ebbsfleet in a confident manner looking forward to continuing our away form of late.

"Liam Daish has had to rebuild a young team after last year's very successful side was dismantled owing to financial restrictions.

"As a club we have benefited to the tune of Luke Moore and Derek Duncan; Luke will definitely be a starter on Saturday while Derek is carrying a knock and is doubtful at the moment.

"The current Ebbsfleet side still contains several very good players and, like most games we will play this year, we will need to be at our best to come away with the points. We expect to be able to pick from a squad that includes James Pullen and Alan Inns, who have both recovered from the injuries they incurred at Tamworth.

"Unfortunately, Elliott Godfrey is still suffering from a stomach virus which will exclude him from the journey to Ebbsfleet.

"The size and nature of our squad will enable us to make any necessary changes for Tuesday's home game against Crawley, as we continue to rotate the squad to ensure they are all given ample opportunity to impress."
