Harlequins have filled the void left by Jordan Turner-Hall’s injury by signing Northampton Saints centre Nils Mordt.
Turner-Hall has been ruled out of action for three to four months with a shoulder injury.
Mordt, who was previously with London Irish, has also played for England Saxons and England Sevens.
Quins backs coach Collin Osborne said: “Nils is a highly experienced and skilful performer who has played at the highest level.
“We are delighted that we have had the opportunity to sign him, particularly in the light of the recent injury to Jordan Turner-Hall.
“I have no doubt that he will settle into the Quins squad very quickly."
