Hampton & Richmond Borough may get more than just a pre-season friendly out of Brentford after chairman Steve McPherson revealed he had discussed loan signings with the League One side.

The Bees blasted six past the Beavers at the Beveree on Tuesday to follow-up Saturday's 10-0 romp at Tonbridge Angels, which featured four goals from Charlie MacDonald and a hat-trick from Gary Alexander.

Rosler, who confirmed his chat with McPherson, was full of praise for Hampton following the clash and didn't rule out sending some of his younger players to Station Road to get some experience.

"I spoke to the chairman before the game. I'm very impressed with the facilities and the pitch, I think they will be a good team," he said.

"We started the game very well and at times we outplayed them, but they never gave up, came back into the game and caused us some problems.

"We had lots of chances against a team, who I rate as stronger than we have faced in pre-season already, but I think they can be happy with that performance."
