Chelsea Ladies’ faint hopes of winning the Women’s Super League appear over.
The Blues have slipped nine points behind leaders Birmingham City with just four games to go and are now fourth in the table.
They lost 3-0 to Arsenal last Thursday but responded by beating Doncaster Rovers Belles 2-1 on Sunday, thanks to goals from Sophie Perry and Ashlee Hincks.
It was their first win at Tooting & Mitcham’s Imperial Fields ground this season.
