It is not the first time a ‘famous’ south American has worn the club’s familiar chocolate and pink colours with World Cup legend Socrates having played for the Casuals during a tour of Brazil in the 1980s.
Boss James Bracken’s Casuals had lost 1-0 to Hampton & Richmond Borough in Saturday’s semi-final prior to Sunday’s win.
Tooting & Mitcham United lifted the trophy after beating the Blues 3-0 on Saturday and then edging past the Beavers 4-3 in a penalty shoot out after the final had finished 3-3.
Casuals next head to Colliers Wood on July 24.
