Charlie Moone struck twice in the closing 20 minutes to land Hampton & Richmond Borough a £2,700 cash bonus on Tuesday night.
Boss Alan Dowson's men landed a 2-1 FA Trophy first qualifying round replay win over Lewes at the Beveree to line-up a visit from AFC Sudbury on November 14.
Saturday's original tie, the third between the two teams this season, had finished 0-0 with two previous Ryman Premier League matches ending in a 1-1 draw and a 4-0 defeat for Hampton.
Moone broke the deadlock on 70 minutes, but Yasin Ben El-Mhanni levelled matters before Hampton's leading scorer hit his eighth goal of the season in the 90th minute to secure safe passage to the second qualifying round.
Hampton's eight match unbeaten run in all competitions now stretches back to a 3-1 defeat at Leiston on October 3.
