Kingstonian boss Tommy Williams shared the fruits of his labour on the children's ward at Kingston Hospital last week.
Williams ran from Chiswick Bridge to Tower Bridge in November - crossing every bridge over the Thames along the way - to raise money to buy presents for sick children at Christmas time.
And the manager's hard work meant he and a selection of his first team squad could play Santa at the hospital in Galsworthy Road on Friday.
"It was the hospital where my children were born. The work they did for us was fantastic," said the former Ks and Corinthian Casuals midfielder.
"This is something I have always wanted to do at Christmas time and I am glad to have been able to do it."
