George Wells might have earned himself an extended spell on set-piece duties.
The former Hampton & Richmond Borough defender netted Kingstonian’s opening goal direct from a corner on Saturday, having only been given responsibilities for dead ball delivery that day.
Andre McCollin struck the winner late in the second half as Ks secured a 2-1 win - their fifth triumph in succession.

“Set plays were always going to be important. With the wind as it was we wanted to have an inswinging corner from that side,” said manager Tommy Williams, who has scored direct from a corner himself.
“He hadn’t been on set pieces before, but I remember George has got a great left foot and his delivery all game was excellent.
“I was pleased for him that he got the goal and delighted with his performance as a whole.”
He added: “We left it late, but our second half performance was very professional and we got what we deserved.”

Ks, who will boast a fully fit squad this weekend, head to in-form Billericay Town on Saturday looking to stretch their winning run to six matches before hosting fifth-placed Tonbridge Angels on February 20.
“We want to keep putting pressure on the teams above us,” said Williams.
Fist pump: Defender George Wells acknowledges his goal
“They are a strong side and it is never an easy place to go, but if we can get a result then we start to open up a bit of a gap between us and the rest.”
Meanwhile, Williams could not deny Bognor Regis Town's FA Trophy progress could play into his side's hands.
Ks' Ryman Premier League play-off rivals beat National League South Sutton United 2-1 on Tuesday to progress to the fourth round.
And Williams admitted the cup run could be a distraction for them.
Delighted: Kingstonian boss Tommy Williams
"I'm pleased for Bognor that they got through and it is great for the Ryman League to have a team still in the competition," he said.
"But on the flip side, it is another game for one of our rivals to squeeze in at a time when fixtures are already piling up because of postponements.
"It probably works a little in our favour, but, firstly, I am pleased for Bognor."
