Kingstonian boss Tommy Williams is not panicing but he knows changes are needed to kick the club's season into life.
Ks crashed 3-0 at Enfield Town on Tuesday to make it four Ryman Premier Division matches without a win so far this term.
The cause was not helped by Arron Goode and Jason Stripp's late arrival due to tailbacks on the M25, forcing Williams to change his starting 11 at the last minute.
The Kingsmeadow chief has been underwhelmed by the performances of his established stars and new faces this season and has threatened a major re-shuffle if things do not pick up.
On the move: Aaron Lamont, left, has joined Ks on a dual registration basis from Hampton & Richmond Borough
Aaron Lamont, a former QPR development squad player, has already come in on dual registration terms from National League South Hampton & Richmond Borough.
And the manager has warned of more changes ahead of the weekend.
"I'm not sitting here feeling sorry for myself, we are already working hard to rectify things," he said.
"There will be a couple of players leaving and one or two coming in.
"It is not how I like to do things, but we are not right and I am not going to leave it 10 or 15 games before I make a move.
"Tom Derry has not kicked a ball since pre-season because of injury and Pelayo Pico Gomez is also injured so that is two quality players in the stand.
"Aaron Lamont has come in and I thought he did well on his debut. He was probably one of our better performers. He'll only get better.
"One or two new players and one or two older players are off their game at the moment and that has to change."
Struggling Kingstonian head to Staines Town on Saturday before entertaining Met Police on Monday afternoon.
"This weekend is a great opportunity to get some points on the board with two games in quick succession," added Williams.
"We know it is going to be tough but we will be working hard to get out season up and running."
