Hampton & Richmond Borough boss Alan Devonshire will ring the changes after a four-match unbeaten run came to halt at the weekend.
An Ian Selley-inspired Havant & Waterlooville triumphed 1-0 at the Beveree on Saturday, thanks to a first-half goal from Manny Williams.
The Station Road chief, who celebrated his 400th game in charge at the weekend, is working with a cut-price squad and has few options to freshen things up.
But he is determined to find a way to breath new life into his men.
“I need to shake things up a bit and I will try to make a few changes. It depends on who we’ve got available,” he said.
“It won’t be wholesale changes because I haven’t got the squad to do that, but there will be one or two.
“We need to get everyone match fit and the only way I can do that is by giving them game time.
“We’ve got a young squad so things are always going to be a bit up and down, but we’ve started well and we’ll see what we can do.”
Hampton were undone moments before half-time and despite Lawrence Yaku twice going close in the second half, were unable to turn their pressure into points.
“It wasn’t the greatest game and I think their bit of experience told in that they were able to slow the game down,” added Devonshire.
“We didn’t use the ball as well as I would have liked and often took the wrong option, but I have no complaints although a draw might have been a fairer reflection.”
Hampton, who travel to Bishops Stortford on Saturday, have limited ambitions in the Blue Square South this term given the resources at Devonshire’s disposal.
But an away tie at either Sparten South Midlands Division 1 Crawley Green or Ryman League Division One North Romford might provide the ideal start for an FA Cup run to boost the Beveree coffers.
Devonshire said: “They will both be tough games, because they are away from home, so we can’t look any further than the next game really.
“We’ll have to show them the respect they deserve.”
Hampton’s next three games: Sept 18 Bishops Stortford (a) 25 Crawley Green or Romford (FAC, a), Oct 2 Dover Athletic (h).
