When Carshalton Athletic line up against close rivals Sutton United on Saturday, Robins' fans might have trouble identifying who is who.
Owner-turned manager Paul Dipre has been busy on the transfer front, with no fewer than 10 new faces likely to be on show at Gander Green Lane in the first of two friendlies between the sides.
The biggest arrivals are Cray Wanderers striker Laurent Hamici, who was the second-highest scorer in the Ryman Premier Division last season, and his new strike partner Paul Vines, who switches from Kingstonian.
Dean Lodge has also signed from Ks while Dean McDonald, full-back Craig Tanner, centre-half Kieron Murphy, goalkeepers Scott Chalmer Stevens and Liam Stone, and midfielders Francis Quarm and Billy Crook have also joined the revolution.
Hampton & Richmond's James Simmonds also joined but has already left having decided to go back to the Beavers.
"It has been a busy close season," said Dipre.
"I am pleased we face a real challenge at Sutton so early in our preparation.
"We have plenty of ability at our disposal and I believe it is now a question of the newcomers blending with the players we’ve retained from last season and for everyone to get used to each other and to understand what we are determined to do in terms of playing style.
"Our coaching staff are both pleased and surprised in practice matches how quickly everyone has settled into playing the way we are determined the Robins will play the game, that means keeping possession, passing the ball and trying to keep it on the ground, route one is not an option.
"Our aim is to play winning, and also entertaining football Robins’ fans will enjoy and want to come along and support."
