London Broncos chairman David Hughes believes his team will finally fulfil its potential in 2013 and the appointment of returning head coach Tony Rea is the reason why.
Rea replaced Rob Powell mid-way through last season on an interim basis but has since made the move permanent.
“It’s a demanding scenario under this regime,“ said Hughes.
“There is a determined feel and momentum about the place. Everyone is pumped up and Tony’s pleased with how the individuals have taken to pre-season training. I feel this is the year we finally fulfil our potential.”
Rea added: “We’ve got to work really hard to move in the right direction and we are. We want to see the hunger in our performance. We live and breathe consistency.”
