Hercules Wimbledon AC runners took both the men's and women's honours in the Wimbledon Common parkrun.
Ben Green headed home the 265-strong field in 17 minutes dead, while Ruth Clifton was first woman finishing third overall in 18:14 and posting the top age-graded performance.
Other Hercules Wimbledon finishers included Andrew Davies, 10th in 18:48, Peter Collins, 12th and top veteran over-40 finisher in 18:57, and teenager Matt Gibbons, 14th in a personal best of 19:05 - shaving eight seconds off his previous best set last October.
Another Hercules Wimbledon teenager, Alex Lloyd-Jones was third out of more than 200 runners in the Richmond Park parkrun in 17:43.
On the road, Hercules Wimbledon's James Davis was third out of more than 200 runners in the Last Friday of the Month 5km race in Hyde Park in 15:59, while over-45 veteran Tom Cheetham was 19th out of 200 runners in the Capital Runners 10km race in Richmond Park on Sunday in 41:46.
Several Hercules Wimbledon runners made the trip to the English cross country championships in Herrington Park, Sunderland.
Fred Slemeck finished 111th out of almost 1,100 runners in the senior men's race in 46:33 with Phil Glynn 213th in 49:14, Matt Sharp 252nd in 50:22 and Sean Crummy 257th in 50:26.
Cassian Hyde was 111th in the men's U17 race in 23:06 while Liam White was 43rd out of 142 finishers in the men's U20 championship in 37:11 with Joe Toomey 70th in 38:47.
This weekend, Hercules Wimbledon's cross country runners are in action in an inter-club match in Richmond Park. The race over 3.84 miles starts at 3pm next to Sidmouth Wood which is close to the Pembroke Lodge car park.
Hercules Wimbledon's track and field training sessions take place at Wimbledon Park athletics stadium on Tuesday and Thursday evenings starting at 6.30pm and Sunday mornings at 10.30am. Further details from coaching coordinator Maurice Sharp on 020 8337 8707.
Hercules Wimbledon Athletic Club hold mid-week road running training sessions for marathon, cross country and road runners from Lauriston Cottage, 6a Southside, Wimbledon Common, at the junction with Lauriston Road, every Wednesday evening from 7pm. Contact Pete Mulholland for more details.
