Former Elmbridge Eagles youngster Harvey Burnett has been given 12 months to impress London Broncos head coach Joey Grima.
The 18-year-old outside back, who currently srtars for the club's U19s team, penned his first professional deal that will see him join up with the current first team squad next season.
Fellow U19 stars Toby Everett and Joe Keyes have been handed three-year contracts from next term.
Burnett, who had attracted interest from other Super League clubs, started his career at the Claygate-based Eagles before teaming up with the Broncos academy system and he is out to make the most of his dream shot at life as a professional sportsman.
"I'm one hundred per cent happy,” said Burnett.
"It's been a dream of mine for a while. It's great to get in the squad and see what Joey can do next year.
"It makes a massive difference to our game to train with the first team. When I go back to the U19s, the training gives me a massive improvement.
"I'm looking forward to seeing how the club develops with new staff and new players next year.”
Grima added: "It's been something we've spoken about as a club since I took over. It's important to us that we secure the future of the club.
"Certainly Harvey, Toby and Joe are three key players that will play first team next season or maybe even this season.
"The signings show the Academy and U16s players and the rugby league community there is a clear pathway from junior level to first team."
