NAP – Goodwood 2.40 – Rainbow Rock. Struggled early on in a 1m2f race on Tuesday on the first day of Glorious Goodwood, yet to run at 1m4f, but was flying in the last 2 furlongs after coming from a long way back to nearly take victory. Very well in on the handicap, and in with a strong chance if the expected rain isn’t too heavy.

NB – Goodwood 5.35 – Peterkin. Like Rainbow Rock, represents in the in-form Mark Johnston yard and has been in strong form over this distance in recent events. Top weight, but it’s a drop in level from recent races and he had been performing well at this level.
