Richmond Hockey Club's Charlie Ellison stands a good chance of breaking the 20-goal mark in the MHL Conference East on Sunday ahead of the mid-season break from outdoor action.
The 24-year-old took his goal tally to 19 in 10 games last Sunday - in-front of the Richmond & Twickenham Times cameras - as player-coach Mark Pearn's league leaders beat near neighbours Teddington 2-1 at Teddington School.
Richmond complete their pre-Christmas league programme with a trip to bottom-club Harleston Magpies this week knowing their hosts are winless so far this season, conceding four goals per game on average in the process.
