St Mary's University College in Twickenham has ended Birmingham's dominance of the British Universities cross country title.
At Mary's provided both the men's and women's individual winners in Swansea's Singleton Park on Saturday, and took the men's team title.
St Mary's international pair of Andy Vernon and Keith Gerrard dominated the senior men's 10.4km race - breaking away from the rest of the field on the second lap.
Vernon, winner of the U23 bronze medal at December's European Championship in Spain, claimed victory by two seconds in 33 minutes 16 seconds. UWIC's Rob Budgen was third (33:42).
Vernon and Gerrard also easily qualified for the British team to compete in the World University Championships in Mauqenchy, France, at the beginning of April With Mitch Goose 15th (34:40) and Tom Boardman 16th (34:44), St Mary's were comfortable team winners.
Other St Mary's finishers: 15 Mitch Goose 15, 16 Tom Boardman 34:44, 18 Ben Lindsay 34:49, 50 Steven Connor 36:43.
Team result: 1 St Mary;s 34, 2 Loughborough 89, 3 Birmingham 109.
Steph Twell continued her impressive season with a gun-to-tape victory in the women's 6.9km race.
Twell, St Mary's double European junior champion, clocked 23:45 to finish ahead of Loughborough's Emily Pidgeon (24:12) and Birmingham's Stacey Johnson (24:16).
St Mary's second runner Jess Spame was fifth (24:33) and is likely to join Twell in the women's squad to represent Britain in France in April.
Birmingham packed more solidly to take the team title ahead of St Mary's.
Other St Mary's finishers: 15 Rose-Anne Galligan 25:18, 16 Linzi Snow 25:23, 43 Jo Finch 26:39, 51 Jenna Hill 27:03, 73 Sara Bird 27:46.

St Mary's Bertie Powell was runner-up in the men's 7.8km B race (26:53), 15 seconds behind race winner Frank Baddick from Loughborough.
Other St Mary's finishers: 12 Ben Styles 27:39, 24 Tom Wade 28:03, 33 Joe Wade 28:18.
St Mary's B finishers: 34 Andrew Conway 28:19, 44 Jamal Adams 28:42, 59 Steven Cannell 29:11, 60 Josh Varney 29:13.
Team result: 1 Loughborough 16, 2 Birmingham 34, 3 Oxford 65, 4 Loughborough B 69, 5 St Mary's 71, 10 St Mary's B 197.
