Weybridge golfer Paul Casey was one of only two Britons to make it through the second round of the WGC Match Play.
In an all-British match, Casey recovered from a slow start to beat Welshman Bradley Dredge 2&1.
Scotsman Colin Montgomerie is the other Brit to progress, having produced a superb back nine to come from behind and beat Charles Howell at the final hole in Tuscon.
