Hercules Wimbledon's Eleanor Smith-Hahn helped Surrey to win the girls' U13 event at the south-east regional Sportshall final at Guildford's Spectrum Leisure Centre.
She finished fourth in the six lap race and fifth in the standing long jump, contributing valuable points to Surrey's winning score.
She expects to be in Surrey's team to contest April's national finals in Birmingham.
Three Hercules Wimbledon athletes were in the boys' U15 team which finished runners-up.
Nathan Sacho Barechi was the top placed Surrey athlete, finishing third out of the 25 competitors from the region.
He won the speed bounce, took third place in the two-lap race and helped Surrey win the sprint relay.
Clubmate Jose Costa came fourth in the shot and fifth in the two-lap race, while Kyran Mitchell was joint sixth in the two-lap race.
Hercules Wimbledon runners finished well up the 1,250-strong field in the English National Cross Country Championships at Alton Towers.
Men's 6.5-mile race: 76 James Trapmore 35:30, 229 Belal Aly 38:08, 303 Justin Kelly 38:58, 335 Deon Coetzee 39:26, 353 Aidan Hogan 39:48, 403 Neil Fraser 40:32, 551 Phil Glynn 42:43.

Men's U17 race: 236 Charlie Carrington.
l Hercules Wimbledon have their final inter-club cross country race of the season in Richmond Park on Saturday (3pm). The 3.84-mile race is hosted by Ranelagh Harriers.
