Dave Williamson was Tadworth AC’s first finisher in Sunday’s Dysart Dash, raced over a riverside course in the Richmond area which also doubled as the Surrey 10km Championship.
In warm conditions, Williamson finished 70th out of 500 runners in 39 minutes 13 seconds.
Paul O’Callaghan was 78th (39:37) with veteran Geoff Newton 81st (39:48). Newton also won the men’s over-60 prize and was awarded the Surrey Championship medal for his class.
