Despite a torrential downpour just before the start and a shower midway through, Surrey beat Leicestershire 125-92 at Old Coulsdon last week.
Ending a run of three straight defeats in this fixture, Surrey won of five rinks and drew the other.
Aga Hassan has now won 12 of his 14 county friendlies as president and is heading for the best record of any Surrey president for more than a decade.
He was a member of the best performing rink along with Old Coulsdon clubmates Andrew Barclay and Alan Simon, plus Albury’s Jim Mason, who won 23-12.
