Two members of Sutton Runners took part in the Reigate Priory Summer Evening 10k.
Mark Aldred ran in a time of 46.04 (99th) and Penny Hubbard completed in 49.32 (170th).
At the weekly Banstead Woods 5k Time Trial on Saturday 11th July, 14 members of Sutton Runners took part. Carole Dockett running a PB in a time of 39.16 (173rd).
Other club runners were Martin Giles 18.36 (4th), Earl Tulloch 20.24 (21st), Mark Aldred 22.03 (47th), Jenny Sinfield 23.14 (68th), Penny Hubbard 23.49 (79th), Therese Panetta 24.10 (83rd), Claire Ballhatchet 25.43 (102nd), Steven Clarke 26.40 (110th), Kaye Benjamin 27.57 (126th), Pauline Woodman 29.59 (142nd), Dominique Dixon 30.24 (143rd), Patricia Cue 33.08 (157th) and Sue McIntyre 34.13 (165th).
Another 5k Time Trial at Richmond Park on Saturday was completed for the first time by Graham Miller 20.33 (20th) and Tony Moorhouse 22.01 (37th).
On Sunday 12 July at the British 10k , two members of Sutton Runners took part, they were Jon Senker in 41.42 and Michele Qualtrough in 62.20.
Also on Sunday Sutton Runner Anita Hedges took part in the White Oak Triathlon. The first leg was a 400m swim, then a 27k bike ride followed by a 8k run. Anita’s overall time was 1.47.55.
Two members of Sutton Runners took part in the LDWA Kent, High Weald Trail Marathon 26.6 Miles race on Sunday 12th July. The clubs regular Marathon Runner Jim Mundy completed with Graham Miller in a time of 5.23.00.
