Young star: Tom Baxter receives a cheque for £250
Tom Baxter’s preparations for this year’s Deaflympics have won support from Mole Valley Sports Council.
The 16-year-old Leatherhead Swimming Club member will represent Great Britain in Taipei, China, from September 5-15, competing in several events against deaf swimmers from around the world.
He has received a cheque for £250 to help with his preparations.
