Belgrave Harriers have regained their British Athletics League Premiership place after completing a hat-trick of National One wins at Gateshead on Saturday.
The star of the team was sprint international James Ellington, who won the 100m (in 10.66 seconds) and 200m (21.44).
Will Sharman celebrated his late selection for the World Championships by winning the sprint hurdles (14.30), while Sam Colgate set a season’s best of 4.63m in winning the pole vault.
Set Osho won the B 100m (11.04) before linking up with Sharman, Ellington and Jody Chappell to secure victory in the sprint relay in 41.44.
Kyle McCarthy won the B long jump (6.69m) and Simon Jones triumphed in the B 5,000m (14:43.66).
Second places: Set Osho (B 200m), Kyle McCarthy (B 110m hurdles), Jody Chappell (A long jump), Mark Pollard (B 1,500m).
Third places: Louise Eveling-Jones (400m, B shot and B javelin), Shaun Moralee (A 1,500m).

Kyle Stevens won the shot (15.15m) and the B hammer (48.53m).
David Cook (7.08m) won the long jump, while Humphrey Waddington won the B long jump (6.68m).

Third place: Humphrey Waddington (triple jump), l Herne Hill are in a safe fourth place going into the final match, despite finishing seventh at Leeds.
Their only winner was Sammy Mensah in the B 200m (22.07). He was also third in the A 400m (48.70).
