Cheam Fields bowler Russell Taylor has been presented with the Leopard Award for his services to the club.
Taylor, who joined the club in 1984 as a bowler, has been match secretary since 1987 and qualified as a county umpire in 1999 and a national umpire in 2005.
He also served as men’s secretary from 2003-04, qualified as a level two coach in 2006 and assists with setting up the green and running the bar. He was presented with the award by Surrey bowls president Aga Hassan.
