The Loseley 10K and 4K fun run is happening again – this year on Sunday November 1st and runners are already queuing up to take part.
This event, in Loseley Park, Guidford is a great way for families to take part ‘together’.
CHASE fundraising manager Michele Nippress says: “Having the two events alongside each other means that if there is a serious runner in the family, he or she can tackle the 10K which is quite a challenging course, while other members of the family can run, jog or walk the 4K course.
“It’s a beautiful location and by November the autumn leaves are in full colour – really stunning scenery. So, bring the children, aunties and uncles, cousins and friends and your camera! Join us for a fun morning out at Loseley Park.”
Registration is from 9am and there will be a pre race warm up before the races start at 10am.
The 10k race covers a mix of surfaces including road, field and sandy tracks. The route is made up of a loop - covering road, sandy track and field - which ends in front of Loseley House.
The 4k fun run starts at the same time as the 10k but follows a different route joining the 10k midway, to finish under the same banner.
