St Mary's Twickenham's Dani Nimmock went one better than her second place in the opening match at Parliament Hill Fields to win the second London Colleges cross country league women's race in Richmond Park last Wednesday.
She covered the 2.7 miles course in 14 minutes 59 seconds to cross the finishing line almost 50m clear of Bedford University's Natasha Peters (15:10) with another Bedford runner Rebecca Newstead (15:14) third.
St Mary's confirmed their domination of the match by taking the individual and team honours in both the men's and women's races.
St Mary's Laura Parker (15:36) and Suzie Boast (16:10) secured a team win by finishing fourth and fifth with Georgie Lou (16:14) first of the B team runners in sixth place.
Natasha Doels and Lyndsay Snow, both clocking 16:23 in finishing eighth and ninth completed the B team.
St Mary's also had a C team led in by Claire Simm (17:06) 13th and Katherine Foy (18:17) 25th.
