Tadworth AC’s women runners were in action at Denbies Vineyard, Dorking, on Saturday for their Surrey Cross-Country League Division Two match, which attracted a field of 150 runners.
Chloe Hawkins was first home for the club, finishing 28th in 28 minutes, 28 seconds. Mary Matthews, 52nd in 29:57, and Helene Hill, 140th in 38:51, completed the team.
Their performance helped move the club to 19th overall out of 42 teams in the division, after two fixtures.
